5. You also hereby acknowl- edge that is thereby your sole responsibility to confirm all in- formation prior to making ex- penditures or any other com- mitments.
6. By downloading any portion of this website, or by down- loading this website in it's en- tirety, You agree to indemnify the advertisers, the website owner, the website publisher and the website server.
